For those who believe life is not ended,
But merely changed;
When our earthly dwelling lies in death
We gain an everlasting place in Heaven.
With Heavy hearts and deep sorrow, we announce the death of our beloved Brother-In-Law, Samir Sevani Orow. He was a loyal and loving husband to Ahlam Khider Alraihani; a humble and proud father to Dr. Jeffrey (Rana) Orow, Anita (Dr. Paul) Hakim and Rita-Mary Orow. He was a proud grandfather to Kayla, Joseph and Dylan Hakim, and Zachary and Jordan Orow.
Our Beloved Samir leaves behind his brother Nadir Orow, and sisters: Nadira Orow Mio, Samira S. Barbat, and Hanna Orow Salem. He was a caring and loving Amu BulBul to many nieces and nephews, who also deeply mourn with the family.
He is preceded in Heaven by his parents: Sevani Orow and Mariam Loussia, his brothers: Farouk Sevani Orow and Adel Sevani Orow, and sisters: Lamaa Sevani Orow and Nazhat Orow Kajie.
The late Samir was a humble, simple and gentle man. His generosity and hospitality will never be forgotten, as the lives he touched daily will carry his memory within their hearts. He left a lasting and positive impact on those who knew him, including his former co-workers, customers, cousins, friends, neighbors, and in-laws. He came to the United States in the early 1960s. He worked and was happy with the little he had, never complaining about a job and never unsatisfied with what he earned! He was a doting father to his 3 beautiful, successful, and happy children, whom he loved dearly, another father to his son and daughter in-law, and the best grandfather to his 5 grandchildren. Samir will be forever missed by all of his family, friends and those who knew him.
