Obituary for Nazhat Nafsu
Praise to You, O Christ, our Savior, Word of the Father, calling us to life; Son of God who leads us to freedom: Glory to You, Lord Jesus Christ!
It is with our deepest sorrow that we inform you of the death of our beloved Nazhat Nafsu. Loving daughter of the late Aggoobi Khami and Jamila Garmo and cherished wife to Gorgis Nafsu. Mother of Riyadh, Nashwan, Salwan, Salim, Intisar, Ikram, and Haifa. She was preceded in death by her loving daughter Elham.
Nazhat is survived by her brother Kamal, her sisters Najat, Layla, and Margerit, and preceded in death by her brother Victor and sisters Victoria and Nahida. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Church services: A Prayer Service will be held Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 12:00 noon at St. Joseph Chaldean Catholic Church

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the family will not be receiving guests at their home or at any public hall. The Nafsu Family asks for continued prayers for their beloved mother.
