Obituary for Margrette Georges Toma
Margrette Georges Toma, age 71, of Sterling Heights passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2022. She retired in 2017 after devoting 22 years at Kamax Gb DuPont in Troy Michigan. Throughout her life she enjoyed cooking, music, and mostly being around her family. She was a devoted catholic and enjoyed going to church to pray for her loved ones. She had a passion for traveling to spiritual locations around the world with her church family.
Margrette was a loyal woman and committed wife to her late husband Elia Elias Toma. She was a loving mother to her children Dorine Nash, Michael Toma, and Martin Toma. She was a caring grandmother to her grandchildren Nina, Angelina, Nicholas, Giana, Alyssa, and Nadia. She was loved by her brothers Noel, Hanna (late), Edward, and Mukhles as well as her sisters Miriam (late) and Warina. She was adored by her nieces and nephews. She was kindhearted and loved by many friends and great neighbors throughout her lifetime and will always be missed.
A viewing of Margrette will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at Holy Apostolic Catholic Assyrian Church of the East St. Mary's Parish in Warren at 9:30am followed by a mass at 10am. She will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre in Southfield right next to my dad. Afterwards there will be a gathering with food at Sahara Restaurant & Banquet Center in Sterling Heights until 7pm.
Eternal rest grant unto her,
O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon her.
A resurrection prayer will be held at Saint Mary Assyrian Catholic Church, Tuesday Sep. 20, 2022, at 10:00 am
