Obituary Emielda Sagman

I am deeply saddened to announce the passing of our dear mother, Emielda Kado Sagman. She was taken from this world at the age of 87 due to COVID, on August 19, 2020.
She was born on December 25, 1932 in Baghdad, Iraq. She married Ghazi Sagman in October of 1968 and they lived happily for eight years before he died. She is survived by Wisam (son), Wasan (daughter) and John (son-in-law), four grandchildren (Peter, Paul, Andrew, Janine), and siblings: Mary, George, Emmanual, Joseph, Sabah, and Zuhair Kado; not to mention countless nieces and nephews.
Our mother was a lover of people who left an imprint on everyone she came in contact with. She also dedicated her life to serving her family as well as strangers, in love and deed. In so doing, she reflected the love of Christ which filled her heart and overflowed onto all those around her. She is now in the loving arms of her savior, Jesus Christ
