Brianna Nicole Westpfahl was born: July 15, 1999 and was called to earn her angels wing, July 15, 2020.
Brianna was a much-loved daughter to Nancy Westpfahl and John Westpfahl, Sister to Brandon and Bradley Westpfahl, grandchild to Anwaar Butti and Masoud Butti (deceased), niece to Basam Butti and Christopher Shaya, extended family members, friends, and neighbors.
She was a vibrant young woman full of promise. As she was growing up she was part of many extracurricular activities such as ballet, theater, gymnastics. Brianna excelled academically. She graduated with honors from West Bloomfield High School. At the time of death she was attending the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor majoring in Premed. Brianna will be missed by all. She was a good-natured, caring friend with a sense of humor and a beautiful smile. Our hearts are broken. It is gut wrenching to have lost this loved one so young.

Bri was such an intelligent, understanding, and strong young woman. I’m so proud of the incredible person she was and of the work she did to help others better understand mental health. Her kindness and sweet smile warmed any room and this world and the people in her life were all lucky to have her. I will never forget her strength and adventurous spirit. Heaven is a brighter place now.

Bri was such a unique person, theres truly no one in the world like her. She was never afraid to be herself. She was a phenomenal cheerleader, always ready and willing to try new skills, even when we were all nervous to watch her just throw something, she had confidence in her abilities no matter what. She will be dearly missed and her memory will live on in all the amazing things she did and all the times she made everyone laugh.
